We’re still feeling the transformative energy of last week’s Lion’s Gate portal of ascension, Scorpios. Since Mars, our co-ruler, is direct in Mars, activating Scorpio’s wellness and service sector, some of us may find that we’re getting messages from our body to slow down, recharge, and pace ourselves. Mars and the Moon had a fiery conjunction last week that we’ll still feel this week. Hydration, recuperation, laughter, and sexual pleasure will be beneficial to you this week in particular, Scorpio. Anytime you feel the urge to take yourself or life too seriously, remind yourself that life is your playground. Sometimes you fall off the swing and hurt yourself, and other times you’re swinging round and round on the merry-go-round until you collapse from laughter and dizziness. Then you lay there for a bit until you feel grounded again. And the playing begins again.
This week, you’ll consciously make decisions that will invite more ease, light-heartedness and genuine joy into your life. The 8.8 ascension portal shed light on previous patterns of behaviors you held on to when you were back in your comfort zone, due to feelings of familiarity or conditioned mindsets that may have been ingrained since childhood. Now that you’re on the other side fo the portal — we’ll continue to feel its effects all month long, but particularly throughout the 13th — you can look back at your past self with compassion and gratitude, because had you not gone through those patterns and cycles, you wouldn’t have been able to get to where you are now, and cultivate a new paradigm for yourself. Some Scorpios may be mourning the end of a friendship, relationship or a literal death around this time. Life may feel particularly trippy this week, because we’re experiencing so much change and transformation at once. Breathe through all the feels, Scorpio.
Uranus, the Planet of Surprise, begins its five-month retrograde on the 15th, in the sign of Taurus. This activates Scorpio’s partnership sector, and we may find ourselves experiencing a back and forth when it comes to someone from our past and the role we want them to play in our lives right now. Perhaps someone we would’ve previously cut off suddenly seems to have matured considerably, and doesn’t annoy us as much. Or someone we assumed was just a casual fling may admit that they have a deep crush on us and are hoping to deepen the connection. Uranus Retrograde brings plenty of plot twists to our relationships — not only the romantic ones but also the platonic and professional ones. It’s possible that you’ll connect with someone on a business venture this week, and what you decide to partner on will have to do with a dream you’ve had for years. It’s all coming full circle. Trust your instincts when it comes to which partnerships to pursue, which ones to take a bit of a break from, and which ones to release altogether. This ascension week is all about lightening your energetic vibration so you keep attracting exactly what and who is meant for you.
Venus spends its first full week in Cancer, and this weekend the Moon will be in Cancer, along with Venus! Whewww. Scorpio’s expansion, adventure and spirituality sectors will be activated, and we’ll allow ourselves to paint a picture of our mind of what we really want to see happen in our love lives. Since we’ll also be in the dark of the moon period starting the 15th, it’s important that you let your naughtiest, most intense and most self-contained fantasies emerge, particularly if you find yourself in a situation where you can deepen your connection with one person or more. The more raw, vulnerable, transparent, sexy, charming, honest and open-hearted you all are with each other, the more eye-opening and awakening your relationships become. You have to believe that it’s possible for you to experience what you want to experience — it’s not too far-fetched. What starts off as a fantasy can very well become your reality if you allow it to.
