Scorpio, the month of October begins with a call to tend to the voices within. We all carry narratives that stem from our pain and our fears, narratives that drain us when we don’t work on ways of countering or releasing them. These next three weeks, give yourself the chance to have a conversation with your subconscious mind and all that’s buried there. Maybe they don’t know that it’s time to go or to transform. Maybe they don’t know that they’re no longer helping, but hindering your growth.
The Moon’s presence in Taurus and Gemini on Monday through Thursday is highlighting your sectors of partnership and outside resources. You’re likely to start the week in reflection of who your support system is, and what you may need to feel more supported or seen by them. As we approach eclipse season (the Libra Solar Eclipse occurs next week, on the 14th), a part of you wants to feel confident about who you keep around you, but the continued energy of Jupiter and Uranus both retrograde in your marriage sector could at times make you unsure of what your deepest emotional needs are. You may feel conflicted between what you tell yourself you want and what your heart keeps reminding you that you want. Use this week to work through that conflict by remaining in close conversation with yourself, through journaling, meditating, and spending plenty of time in nature.
On the 8th, Venus will enter Virgo, pulling your focus towards service. You’ll feel more social, and you’ll want to hang out more with your friends and them with you. But your drive towards your community will be more about how you can help each other collectively thrive, rather than about just having fun. Finding ways to connect with others around a greater purpose is what will light you up and fill your heart. If you’ve been working on a passion project behind-the-scenes, or if you have one in mind that you’d like to get off the ground, Venus in Virgo will help you do so, as there’s a huge focus on precision and attention to detail, allowing you to remain committed to the venture while inspiring your collaborators to be invested too. The one caveat: this transit can increase your self-critical nature, and also make you critical of others. Keep that in check when you notice it getting out of hand, or else it could take the fun out of what you’re doing.
Romantically, in the days before Venus enters Virgo you may connect with someone via a work-related project or event, and you may feel like sparks will start to fly between you. If you’re already boo’d up, Venus’ final days in Leo could put you and your partner(s) in the limelight, particularly if you’ve been working on a creative joint venture. You’ll also be more in the mood to have power couple conversations with whoever you’re engaged with. Mars, our ruling planet, is getting ready to enter our sign next week, and this is increasing our desire to envision a long-term future with someone who gets us, supports us, and feels ready to be fully loved and supported by us. If you already have that partner by your side, hold on tight and express your appreciation for them.
