Welcome to one of the most exciting months of the year, Scorpio. On 8/8 we’re experiencing the Lionsgate Ascension Portal, activating profound changes when it comes to our career trajectory and our overall legacy and reputation. These changes may initially feel uncomfortable because we’re in the midst of retrograde season — Mercury, Venus, Saturn, Neptune, Pluto, Uranus and Chiron will all be retrograde this month.
However you also know that some of these changes have been a long time coming. Ever since the South Node entered our sign in January 2022, we were experiencing metamorphosis after metamorphosis. Now that the South Node has left our sign and is transiting Libra, we’re experiencing a desire for calm and simplicity so that we can better hear our inner voice and truly know what our current trajectory should be.
The Aquarius full moon on August 1st is one of the turning points that helps us face ourselves fully, and not lie to ourselves about what we’ve outgrown. You may be ready to call it quits when it comes to a certain career path that you’ve been associated with. This may not be a permanent break, but a necessary one. Scorpio, as the sign of evolution it’s important for you to recognize the value of rest, of re-routing, and of taking beneficial periods of pause to assess the journey you’re on and get clear about what’s coming up next.
