Scorpio, this post-eclipse week is likely to feel energizing and somewhat aggressive. Mars, our ruling planet, enters Aries on the 24th, and this shift will be significantly felt by us. It’s reminding us that we’re the only ones standing in the way of where our deepest dreams reside, so all we have to do is get out of our own way, and take bold action to receive our blessings. That may be easier said than done, though, because Mercury is still retrograde until June 3, so we may second-guess ourselves when it comes to starting a new path. It’s best to focus on tying up loose ends as you round out of the month of May. What are passion projects that you started but never completed? Is there any work that needs to be revised, updated, or perhaps revamped? Mars’ presence in Aries can help us tap into our boss mode without putting the pressure on ourselves to immediately leap into something new. Pluto Retrograde in Capricorn is also encouraging us to stabilize the foundation in our lives by simplifying what we tend to do, when we tend to do it, and who we tend to do it with.

Mercury, the Planet of Communication, shifted into Taurus this week, and Venus will do the same on the 28th. With these planets, plus the North Node, all in Taurus, activating Scorpio’s partnership and marriage sector, it’s essential that you allow yourself to reflect on your relationships, Scorpio. Chances are, someone from your past has been re-emerging in your consciousness, whether you want them to or not. That means there’s unfinished business there. It doesn’t mean you have to get back together with them if you dated, or be friends with them again if you once were friends. But it does mean you should check in with your healing process and see what may be coming up for you. Is there an apology you wish you had received? Is there an apology you wish you had expressed? Or are you stuck in cycles of wondering, “what if things had been different?” It’s normal, healthy, and valid to feel this way, Scorpio, so don’t shame yourself for it. The key is to not get stuck in your feelings, which is why moving your body through exercise, calming your mind through meditation and mindful breathing, and exciting your brain through reading stimulating content or watching encouraging films are recommended to flow through this Taurus stellium (a stellium is when 3 or more planets are in the same sign).

Romantically, many Scorpios should know that Jupiter’s presence in Aries will help us be bolder lovers, but it may also highlight our insecurities. Many Scorpios will also start to feel like they’re attracting more of what they actually want from love and relationships, but it may feel too good to be true. The key is to not self-sabotage by pushing away the qualities and energies you once prayed for… Instead of finding reasons in your mind why you should be overly cautious or guarded, allow the fresh start energy of Jupiter and Mars in Aries make you ask yourself, “What if it all works out even better than what I expected?” This also applies to any creative gifts you’ve been nurturing. Mercury Retrograde may give you the impression that there’s a delay or that you aren’t being seen the way you’d like to, but it’s all an illusion. Starting in the coming weeks, you will start to feel the momentum picking up speed, so get ready for your big moment now so that you don’t have to get ready once it comes knocking on your door. Act as if all your deepest dreams have already come true (including your strongest romantic intentions) and soon enough, THEY WILL!
