Scorpio, as February begins, we’re in a threshold. And because we’re the sign of evolution and transformation, it’s not even that new to us. Like, we’re entering eclipse season now with the Leo full moon kicking it off on February 12th. And really making us think about why we’re doing what we do every day. Like, oh. The choices we make every day make up who we are, and it’s more about: are the choices in alignment with who I wanna be? Or am I repeating who I’ve always been? It’s a pretty existential start to the month.
And at the same time, on a material level, many Scorpios are gonna start to notice opportunities coming to them. Left and right. Because this full moon is telling us: I know what you’ve been working on behind the scenes these past six months or even beyond, and I want you to be seen for your efforts. And it can surprise us because we’ve been so used to being and chilling behind the scenes, that being thrown into this limelight at the start of February might at first be like, woah. But know that you were prepared for this. So you will do better than you even imagine.
This is also because on February 3rd, Uranus, planet of surprise, ends its retrograde in Taurus and this has been a five-month retrograde in our partnership house. Our connections have either been under a sort of spell, one that we might have even cast on our own selves and our relationships. Or it’s just one plot twist after the other that also feels like a pattern that you’re trying to disrupt, pull back from, or avoid getting pulled back into. And so this is the last time Uranus will shift direct in Taurus for the next 80+ years, and soon we won’t have Uranus in Taurus anymore. It’ll leave and enter Gemini on April 26th.
You’re breaking a pattern. That’s what’s happening. You’ve broken a huge pattern, and it feels surreal. And if you’re not yet there, or not, like, yet fully there, you’re on your way. Uranus shifting direct means that in the weeks and months to come, after Uranus shifts direct, you will have broken a major pattern because at least you’ve recognized it and admitted to it and faced it instead of normalizing it. You started feeling like: actually, this feels familiar… I’ve seen (or done) this many times in my relationships. I’ve been here before. And how about now? No more. And that’s gonna be a game changer for the rest of this eclipse season…
