The month of April is always a turning point for Scorpio, because it signifies the six-month mark until our next birthday season. It’s the start of our half-birthday season! Oh, and did I mention it’s eclipse season?! That’s right, we are experiencing the first eclipse of the year on April 30, and we will feel the energy building up all month long.
Pluto, one of our ruling planets, will begin its 4.5 month retrograde at the end of April, and after over two months where no planets have been retrograde, we are preparing for a shift in our consciousness, once again. We’ll feel the pre-shadow effects of Pluto Retrograde all month long. Perhaps even the most social Scorpios will be more moderate when it comes to going out and partying, because their soul has been seeking more introspection and solitude.
At the same time, Aries Season’s energy is exciting and filled with possibility, and Mars’ presence in Aquarius encourages us to socialize with people who feel like home. Enjoy yourself this month, but also preserve your energy.
The Aries New Moon kicks off the month of April, helping Scorpios visualize themselves six months from now, in October 2022, right before their birthday season begins. This is the first new moon of the astro new year, and Scorpios are likely to find it easier to ask for what they want, and even to trust the Universe when it comes to receiving it.
But our mission this month is to learn how to sustain the blessings we receive, for the long-term. And the New Moon Solar Eclipse in Taurus at the end of the month (April 30) will provide us with a brilliant opportunity to step into this energy.
